Just had my first dental exam with Dr. Natalie Pesun. She was beyond lovely. Such wonderful bedside manner, very knowledgeable and asked thoughtful questions to get to know me and my history with past dental visits. The hygienist was amazing too! Kept me feeling very calm and comfortable. Looking forward to going back :)

I cannot say enough good things about this dental office and the care I received for my new top row of crowns. From start to finish, the entire process was effortless—insurance, payments, and options were all clearly explained in detail before I ever committed to treatment, which made me feel completely confident in my decision.The office staff was beyond accommodating, and Dr. Touloumi truly went above and beyond. She worked around my hectic schedule and was incredibly understanding and kind when I had to bring my two-year-old to one of my appointments—a level of compassion that meant so much to me. Dr. Touloumi personally followed up hours after every procedure and again the following day. Any time I had discomfort with my partials, I was seen the same day—even when the issue was my own doing. I genuinely felt like the entire office was emotionally invested in my new smile.Although my commute was about an hour each way, I would do the whole process again in a heartbeat because of the exceptional care I received. Dr. Touloumi’s attention to detail is absolutely mind-blowing, and as a perfectionist myself, I don’t say that lightly. My teeth look so natural that no one could ever tell—they truly look like I was born with a perfect smile.I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Touloumi and everyone at the practice, and I would recommend this office without hesitation to my closest friends and family.

I cannot say enough good things about Hope Valley! I had a complicated situation and was in a lot of pain. I was not a current patient at their practice, but their office staff Shauna got back to me right away. Shauna called me when I was at work and asked if I could come in at 2:30, no questions asked! From the moment I got there I was welcomed with kindness and comfort. As someone who fears any kind of dental work they were so caring. The assistants were lovely and Dr. Natalie was wonderful. She took the time to hear my concerns and sat with me to clearly discuss what my options were and how to move forward. When I left, I had to make another appointment for the actual dental work. The soonest they could get me in was 2 weeks from then. However, the very next day Shauna called me to see if I could come in at 3 because she knew I was a teacher and they had a cancellation. I have never had such a wonderful experience with a dentist office where I was listened to and welcomed by all. So impressed and excited to go back!
